Is this AI? Will it invent data?
No. EazyClaims uses traditional optical character recognition — a deterministic process that reads the characters printed on the page. It does not generate, infer or invent values, and everything it extracts is shown to you for review before it is committed.
How accurate is the extraction?
On clear, printed documents — typed estimates, printed bills, policy schedules — accuracy is high. Faded photocopies and poor photographs reduce it, which is exactly why every extraction passes through your review step rather than straight into the record.
Does it read handwriting?
Handwriting is the honest limit of traditional OCR. Clearly hand-printed characters may be recognised; cursive writing generally is not. Handwritten portions are left for you to enter — flagged, not guessed.
