Refund Policy

This policy applies to all payments made to EazyClaims for subscriptions to the EazyClaims platform. It is deliberately short, because the position is simple — and we state it before you pay, not after.

1. All payments are final

EazyClaims does not provide refunds after payment. No refunds, cancellations, credits, exchanges or pro-rata returns are available once a payment has been made — for any reason, including discontinued use, unused subscription time, change of circumstances, or dissatisfaction with the Service.

2. Why this policy exists

An EazyClaims subscription is a digital service that is provisioned immediately upon payment: your account, storage and platform access are allocated for the full term from day one. Because the service cannot be "returned", we price it plainly, demonstrate it before purchase, and make every sale final. Our team walks you through the platform on a call before you pay precisely so that you can decide with full information.

3. The sole exception: payment errors

The only circumstances in which money is returned are genuine payment errors — a duplicate charge for the same subscription, or an amount debited by your bank for a transaction that failed and was not provisioned. Report a payment error within 7 days of the transaction to contact@eazyclaims.in with proof of the charge, and we will investigate and reverse any amount established to have been collected in error. This is the correction of a mistake, not a refund of a valid purchase.

4. Agreement

This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Making a payment to EazyClaims constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of this Refund Policy.
