Service 03 · Inbox
Your inbox, read so you don't have to.
Connect your Gmail once. EazyClaims recognises a new survey assignment the moment it arrives — and the payout notice when the work is done — and files both where they belong.
The problem
The inbox is the office, and it never closes.
Assignments arrive by email. Payout advices arrive by email. Clarifications, approvals and reminders arrive by email. A surveyor who steps away from the inbox for a day risks missing the assignment that pays for the week — so the inbox gets checked constantly, and every check is an interruption.
Reading email is not surveying. It is triage, and it is exactly the kind of work software should do.
How it works
Authorize once. Filed forever.
-
Connect your inbox
Authorize your Gmail account with a scoped permission you can revoke at any time.
-
Assignments are detected
When an insurer assigns you a survey, EazyClaims recognises the email and opens a claim record automatically.
-
Work proceeds as usual
Documents collect in the record; OCR fills your forms; you complete and submit the survey.
-
Payouts close the loop
When a payout is issued for completed work, EazyClaims marks it against the claim — reconciled without a spreadsheet.
What you get
Nothing missed. Nothing chased.
- Automatic assignment capture — new surveys become records the moment they arrive.
- Payout reconciliation — issued payouts matched to the completed claim, so you always know what is owed and what is settled.
- One connected practice — the inbox, the records and the forms working as a single system.
- Scoped, revocable access — you grant the minimum permission needed, and you can withdraw it whenever you choose.
Questions
Asked and answered.
Which email providers are supported?
Gmail is supported today, covering both personal Gmail and Google Workspace accounts. Support for further providers is planned; tell us what you use when you sign up.
Can EazyClaims send email from my account?
No. The integration is for detection — recognising assignments and payout notices. It does not send, delete or move your mail.
What if I disconnect my inbox?
Detection stops immediately and the authorization is revoked. Your existing claim records remain intact and fully usable — you can continue creating records manually.
